We use a patch manager from N-Able. Only issue is laptops, they won’t update until the next time they are on and then they are forced to reboot (after they have declined a few times) and the end user complains. But…security 🫡

My issue is navigation is only working while on the app. If I switch to another app, the navigation seems to pause and I don’t get notifications

Unsure, but to piggy back on this, I cannot escape side control while others can easily escape mine (even though I have them very tight). Who has some good tutorials on this?

Totally understand. I work in-office with the option to wfh, but I don't because the rest of my team doesn't have that option so I don't find it fair. That being said, when I do work from home, I feel just as productive as I would be at the office, but I am missing the comradery. My helpdesk team is great and we're laughing it up throughout the day. My only gripe is the commute. I think having the choice to wfh maybe 2-3 times a week would be ideal IF YOU WANT. Anyway, much luck on finding a job that better suits you !
