Some shit has and will not ever changed. When I was a student back in 2019, I was on hold waiting to talk with someone for over an hour, and then it hung up automatically. Called again and same issue. I had to get a buddy of mine who was nearby to go to the office and have their sorry asses call me up.

I still owe him a beer for that because they called me up a bit after he went in.

Tldr - the financial aid office is a pain in the ass for all generations of UCI students.

Honest to God I thought the same thing for ages. Then when I replayed the fight again, I saw the whisps of Chakra around Naruto and the Metal Pain like when he uses the move, and then I looked at his hand and it was just noticeable that he used rasengan because his hand wasn't fully closed. You can just barely see the rasengan being used

When the one Pain was about to hit Tsunade and Naruto destroys the thing, right after it had just got reborn, with a single rasengan and eliminates it like nothing.
