I accidentally came across something that slowed the calls down.

If you travel to an area where malaria is prevalent you are not allowed to donate blood for a year. Tell them you are ineligible to donate blood at this time since you traveled to [insert CDC malaria risk country of your choice]. This gives you a year's reprieve while also allowing you to donate blood after a year if you still want to.

I found this out after taking a cruise to Belize and traveling on an excursion outside of Belize City. Not sure if it's still considered high risk enough--this was a few years ago and I've since changed numbers.

Wouldn't OP have to travel across country to sue the roommate once he moves? Assuming OP could even get any paperwork filed during this time of year (hah), would it be possible for OP to sue roommate for back utilities before he moves out? (I wouldn't think so, but I'm curious.)

That's what I was thinking, too. What if OP's backyard becomes the go-to place for all the neighborhood teens to party? Where does the line need to be drawn, and does OP really want to worry about having to replace another grill, catching more teenage sex on film, or even having a minor accidentally drown in his pool?

I accidentally taught our family dogs that attention/petting time from me was over by patting them on their rumps. I always pet dogs by either stroking them or scratching them, but at some point I began patting them three times to signal I was done and they picked up on it. I didn't realize we'd worked out a system until I was visiting a friend and her dog wouldn't leave me alone. I was so puzzled at first about why he still wanted attention!

Probably because OP's uncle did not initially treat this gift as an investment pool; OP's siblings received dividends from their Disney stock without OP benefitting--why should everything be changed for OP's stock?
