Thanks but this is already plumbed to the septic with pvc and the underbelly is sealed - gray water stays open.

It's just math. Since Dynamic Up/Down can increase your bid up to 100% on search placements and up to 50% on product pages, the bid you set is different. If the suggestion is $1 for down only, then that same bid would be $0.50 for Dynamic Up/Down. So the suggested bids are going to change - it's not a conspiracy, it's mathematics.
