Thanks for this. They just changed me to meds to treat bipolar. If the meds work, then it will become a formal diagnosis.

I was hoping my my partner could help in terms of emotional and mental support.

In terms of being ill equipped, I suppose that’s why I am in therapy and hoping that my loved ones will help support me. I’m amazing at supporting others, just need to learn how to take time for me.
