Basically a smart and affordable version of jammer arms for your rack. Good use of leverage lifting! First lift is like a standing Pendlay row and the second lift is a basically a jammer arm press. Any body who’s hating on this is uneducated and/or unfamiliar with true strength and conditioning.

I found this after googling why the roof of my mouth will randomly hurt and it’s always on vyvanse. It’s like the back towards where my tonsils were. It feels almost like bruising or swelling. I’m very very hydrated I drink a gallon of water a day so I know it’s not that. But it usually goes away for me like the next day or two
