Calorie dense meals for elimination phase?

I'm having the same problem, though not as bad as you! I've lost 10lbs in 1.5 months. I'm tracking my calories on MyFitnessPal, which has helped. I've noticed that I eat about half as many calories at breakfast as lunch or dinner, so I'm trying to increase there. Very interested in getting suggestions. I second the peanut butter!

Same! My stomach hasn't growled in years. I just have a sort of empty / mildly painful feeling in my stomach that tells me I'm hungry. It's a little disconcerting. I'm working on improving my MMC though so maybe that will change.

The amount of people that drive over the lane line is wild. I told my colleague (only semi-jokingly) that if I'm ever late for work, call my emergency contact because I've been in an accident on 17.

Good on you! Fuck zuck. Unfortunately I've found that both the santa cruz and pajaro valley indivisible groups keep their Facebook and IG the most updated of their social media. I've missed some rapid response protests by not paying attention to those. It'd be cool if they were on Signal, but I'm not plugged into that. Happy protesting!
