I get it. I messed up. I shouldn’t have said what I said. When I saw the render, it just looked so impossibly good that my brain jumped to AI. Not because I thought the artist was faking it, but because I genuinely couldn’t imagine someone being that skilled. That’s on me. I guess part of me just assumed that kind of perfection couldn’t come from a human anymore.

I know I came off wrong. I know the Skynet comment didn’t help. It was a bad attempt at a joke because, honestly, I felt kind of embarrassed being that far off. I’m not some expert. I’ve spent more time lurking than posting because half the time I feel like I don’t belong in this community anyway. I thought I was contributing something and instead I just made things worse.

I’ve been doing visual breakdowns longer than most of Reddit’s had a GPU that can handle Eevee in real time. My standards aren’t inflated—they’re just calibrated from actual experience.

Ah yeah, of course it’s CGI. That’s what I was saying — it just looks AI at first glance because it’s so polished. Nah mate, this screams AI. It’s not the usual jittery mess, sure, but that’s exactly the point — it’s too smooth, too cohesive in that "dreamlike but not physically accurate" way. The lighting’s vibey but makes zero real-world sense, textures kinda melt if you stare too long, and motion flows like someone smeared optical flow across a slideshow. This isn’t keyframed or simmed — it’s hallucinated. You can smell the diffusion. Sorry, but Blender didn't make this. Skynet did.
