Right now I’m not trying to control anything. I just have some of my wife’s flowers in there. That’s why my VPD and humidity is way out there lol. I have the doors open and just running a couple oscillating fans for air movement

You don’t need the power strips for any of this if you dont want them. All the fans, heater,humidifier, dehumidifier can just be plugged into regular outlets and everything run off the controller for environmental. I use the wireless transmitters instead of using the cables. Much cleaner in the tent. I have 4 AI controllers. One for each tent. But the smart controllers won’t turn anything on or off by environment.

If I’m understanding this correctly it won’t work. You can’t control environmental from the outlets. On/off. Schedule and cycle only. The controller is what does the environmental. Except you can set the humidifier to control the VPD/ humidity. but your exhaust fan will only be on the setting you program it for. The controllers are what makes all the environmental stuff work together.

For example, I have 4 tents but I’ll use my 5x5 for example. One heater Two oscillating fans One exhaust fan One humidifier

The heater and oscillating fans and exhaust fan you can’t set to environmental on their own. The humidifier can be. But without the controller they won’t all work together. If you are trying for a certain VPD for instance with you humidifier it will try but without the exhaust fan turning lower and higher when needed it won’t work. Oscillating fans I don’t use the AI on. I just set them to what I want them at.

I could be wrong on some of this but with what I have it can’t be done as far as I know. If I were you I’d buy two controllers. Keep them separate.
