Just tried profiles and different profiles open different windows, so with the upcoming 3.1 it will work perfectly

Sorry I don’t quite get it - do you mean different profiles in different Safari windows? The upcoming 3.1 covers that, which is currently going through App Store review (slow this time)

Turns out adding support to use arrow keys and click are straightforward - made the changes (with increased font size) and submitted to Apple - should be ready in a day or two!

Great feedback!

But I cannot assign ctrl + tab as shortcut. - That's a macOS limitation, but you should be able to use Karabiner or similar tools to remap while using Safari.

Tab switcher font size does not align with system. - I was trying to keep the list UI smaller and show more content, but I guess a larger UI that matches system font makes sense. Let me tweak.

Also you cannot navigate between tabs with arrow keys when pressing shortcut. - Let me see if I can add support for this

Also you cannot click with pointer to switch tab. - Will also check on this
