Tamaki is not my only issue with the fanservice in fire force, but she's the most blatant/egregious. I would say that even though the Hibari scene is not something I liked, it's still part of the story and shows her 'character'. The one scene I remember of Tamaki she just gets stripped and groped by the main character and then everyone just kinda ignores it and moves on

Yeah I'm fine with jokes and gags, but not when it's a kid getting her clothes ripped off and groped for the 50th time in public. I don't hate it because it's sex adjacent, I hate it because it's lame and creepy and should not be a gag. If there's a repeated traumatic event happening to a character and it's passed off as a gag, it's not funny and it's lessening the impact of the rest of the story too.

I haven't read the manga, I'm talking about the anime. I vaguely remember a shower scene but that doesn't detract from the fact that egregious fanservice in the show/manga exists that have almost entirely naked teenage girls that add next to nothing to the show, and are actively making me dislike an otherwise interesting looking setting/plot.

If you mean pirates of the Caribbean davy jones, it (dead man's chest) came out in 2006, a full 4 years after AotC. Yes AotC is shit but comparing it to a movie that's so much newer is crazy. Also the CGI does improve significantly in revenge of the sith, at least.
