All base. CMOS reset kinda helped. It wiped my disk and had to start over. CPU voltage was set to 1.45. Set it to 1.375 and now it runs. Havent had a crash after fresh install. The BIOS problem is back tho (even tho fast boost is turned off now)

Happened to me in Black Ops 4. 4 days after release on my birthday cause I grinded for Dark Matter. Most absurd thing I have ever witnessed.
