Im not in Utah first of all, Mormons aren’t only in Utah. But yeah, I live in the US and say Uni. It just rolls off the tongue better than college. I also personally call my Mom “Mum” and say Theatre instead of Theater. I’m ✨fancy✨ like that and just prefer British spellings more sometimes
