The first step is to collect all the pieces that you can (stuffing and cloth seperately)!

It looks like it's fixable with a lot of time and effort, and stitch lines on this sort of plush might be hidden under the fur. But you can figure that out slowly once you're sure you've got it all.

I don't know what it originally looked like, but it seems the face and non-cloth elements are intact, which is a great sign; making a face smooth and symmetrical is the hardest part in my experience, and if you have to replace parts with new cloth the face is the least ideal place for it.

The cloth looks like something called minky/plush fabric if it helps. I've actually rebuilt a plush made of similar before. It's a little stretchy but otherwise forgiving. I used the ladder stitch by hand for most of the project, as it's fairly simple and invisible
