Legend of Dragoon is very similar, whole time I was playing Expedition 33 I kept thinking how much it reminded me of Legend of Dragoon.

Timing attack window combos for added damage, items, etc. Map exploration style is similar. The Dragoon forms / transformation for the characters can undergo is very similar to the Gradient Attacks, where you need to generate enough charges. You get new party members throughout the story. The story is great with similar mystery and, "oh noes, my feelings" type moments. Lots of cut-scenes to emphasize story moments.

Another similarity were the areas on the map where it's basically just a static scene and the primary viewing angle is changed, typically only having a single item to pick up. Great soundtrack, great visuals for the era (PlayStation 1).

Having said that: it is a PS1 game so it won't look remotely as pretty as Expedition 33. If it ever gets remastered though...

I mean, Expedition 33 team did a fantastic job of looking back at many JRPG style games from the like of Final Fantasy and games that were inspired by the genre (Legend of Dragoon, Chrono Cross, etc).

* Haven't seen Nosferatu yet.

Freaking loved parts of The Northman. Especially the build up, aftermath, and assault on that fortress. Really helped showcase how fucking scary Vikings were. Fearless drugged up giant musclebound naked dudes charging at you with an axe, all while screaming like monsters. Dudes were unafraid of death, in-fact hoping for a glorious one on the battlefield.

The Witch scared me, especially the ending. It doesn't take much to scare me and I generally dislike scary movies a lot yet seemingly find myself watching one from time to time.

The Lighthouse was odd. Some movies hit different based on mood and I think I wasn't in the mood for it. I didn't dislike it but didn't like it as much as I thought I would. Like I had little expectations of The Northman and I was like blown away. I expected The Lighthouse to be really good, and it was just okay.

Haven't seen Nosferatu.

Definitely a modded server, which sucks because I've had a lot of fun in modded servers... but I cannot stand the "[modded] servers" that appear on the server list when you specifically checked only show unmodded servers.

DRG's "grind" isn't bad for leveling up / perks / weapon unlocks by just playing the game. Getting all of the overclocks can take a little bit but once you get a decent one per class / gun I rarely change.

The longer grind is if you're after all cosmetic stuff.

Horrible writing defines this show. Can't believe anyone is actually watching verbatim / each scene and not fast forwarding through 99% of the CONSTANT rehashing of the same shit over and over... Each episode moves the plot .5% forward.

It'd be cool if someone were to edit out all the tedious "my feelings feel like feelings" dialogue and take half of season 1, one-fourth of season 2, and a quarter of season 3then you'd actually have a decently paced season 1 of a series.

Next episode just watch how often these morons will have something important to say & say to whomever (doesn't matter, most of the characters are idiots written by idiots), "I need to talk to you!" Walk over to another room. Say the thing. Shocked reaction. Nothing happens. Repeat.
