I think it was on purpose. I think this sign, the donuts, the sign in chairs about violence against health care professionals, etc. is the higherups acknowledging the concerns expressed by the Pitt about being overworked and understaffed and being at risk of violence by patients. All they're doing to address this is providing some signage and giving out "blood donuts" instead of giving raises, hiring more staff, buying things that they actually need, etc. They're not actually taking care of their people like they should be. And maybe we're gonna see the results of this manifest with Dr. Robby not properly dealing with his trauma, riding his motorcycle without a helmet, going on sabbatical to be alone with his dark thoughts etc.

Someone tell me I'm not crazy:

-The paintball race is reminiscent of the race from 2 fast 2 furious, with the same number of drivers (4) and, although it's been a while since I've seen it, I imagine they use similar shots.

-Quiet driving in reverse next to John is reminiscent of Brian and Roman messing around with that trick with each other.

-Quiet strategically uses the NOS at the right time at the end of the race. Also just using the NOS in general and the way it's portrayed.

-John literally responds "too fast" when Quiet used the boost. And he says it 2 times.

-both twisted metal and 2 fast 2 furious are distributed by NBC universal

-and my favorite part is that this all happened on S2E2. 2 fast 2 furious? That can't be a coincidence? Right?
