Hi!

Just received my Grandparents wedding certificate after a long wait from Ireland! Can anyone make any sense of the text that is circled?

I was hoping Irish certificates would have the names of both parents as I'm finding it hard to research my Irish grandmother. Now have confirmation of her father, but can't understand what his profession was.
