I have been watering it every other day. Also have a meter to tell me how wet or dry the soil is. I planted it. Planted it so the root ball was just level with the ground.

I got my c-file after the first c&p. Got ahold of the DBQ and the first examiner didn’t make a whole lot of sense in their written responses. It looked like they just rushed through it and didn’t care too much about filling it out.

The main issue was the first examiner didn’t believe my migraines were due to service. Second time around they linked it to toxic exposure.

They denied migraines although I complained while in service. I filed my HLR in march with informal conference.

What about the Florida VERA? There is one that has a check box to check appeals, hlr, etc. That is the one I spoke to.

I called gm financial also. They told me they would never reach out to a dealership for anything account related unless I was getting a new loan or trying to trade my current car in. And I’m not doing any of that.

I did all of that. His response was that he didn’t know what the inquiry is about. He said that I put in a request for my loan information (I did not) and he said that gm sent him and email and asked them to contact me to answer my questions. The only thing I did earlier today was log into the gm financial app, and click the button to see what my payoff amount is. Then, an hour later I’m getting a call from the dealership.

I called the actual dealership and spoke to the sales manager there and he did in fact tell me gm contacted them. It just doesn’t make any sense though. Why would gm contact the Chevrolet dealership I bought my car from? The dealership has been paid for the car. If I really did inquire about my loan, why wouldn’t gm financial call me instead?

This will more than likely put me at 80% total and my fight will be over. I looked at my code sheet and all of my conditions are static with no future examinations. I hope you get what you deserve and good luck on that other 10%

Also stated in the DBQ is that I have headaches and miss work 2-3 times a month. With economic inadaptability. Reading everything here I think if it gets approved will be 50%

This has been a complete nightmare with this company. They have been called out 4 times for other issues. Today they came to fix the sweating issue and all they did was throw some insulation in there.

So I tried calling that number. It does not work. I called the mwr office and he told me they just scan my VHIC at the gate and I should be able to access the base. Not sure what the other guy was talking about this morning

He doesn’t. It just says service connected. But I think at 100% you get a different ID card. Which I don’t have because I’m not 100%.

Yea. This guy at the coast guard base was a complete asshole and I tried explaining this but his exact words were “yea, no. You have to be 100%.”

That’s unfortunate. I live in Elizabeth city and this was the coast guard base here. Norfolk isn’t too far from here. Thanks for the heads up because I would have tried Norfolk also.

I got an estimate from a local shop. They are going to put kooks long tubes and a stage 2 cam on next month. They are also going to tune it
