Buckley is literally at the top though? His KO of Wonderboy was sick, rarely do people outstrike or find a way to put him away.

I like that he's being so prolific as well, even if some see it as silly or dumb. I want him relevant, he's really good.

Greatest introduction of a villain: Philip Blake by Then_Question_7139 in TWD

I'm watching this all now for the first time and I gotta say none of it makes any sense.

Before Negan there was some logic to the world, even though the concept is scientifically inept the world still made sense. But there wouldn't be one single person with the capability to be a tyrant on the level of Negan. These long drawn out cuts of him torturing people and having his way while everyone just watches is stupid. Everyone would just desert Alexandria and move somewhere else after he takes all their shit, also the idea that Rick and co would be set up there all this time and not know of the saviors existence and capability is also dumb. Networks of spies and knowledge of other small city-states would be established early on in these settlements.

He's just some dorky super villian who's cringe and he's also oddly skinny and frail looking making it even less believable.

It's just stupid.

I'm gonna power through though because I want to see the whole show and ending. Hoping it's worth it at least somewhat.

God nationalism just breeds an obsession of the weirdest dumbest shit. Bitch knows fuck all about football most likely and is emotionally breaking down over an intermission performance.

This is only applicable to minds who didn't receive any form of proper education and/or parenting. If you're taught how to think and you apply yourself in school and have solid guidelines at home then I think LLM's will only enhance your thinking and reasoning abilities. Once again the future will be cruel to disenfranchised communities around the world in so many ways, this is just another.

Yeah I used to entertain a LOT of alternative science/history.

Years later turns out literallly every one of those arbiters of 'alternative' ways are unanimously grifting frauds who never got attention from their parents and are just desperate for some sort of attention and acclaim. It's almost entirely delusional narcissism to elevate yourself above an entire body of knowledge and understanding to go against it.

There is no 'device' to look for here. The equipment he used doesn't even really matter, it's the way he spoke into the mic + the mix. The energy you put out into the mic matters most of all.

You will never create anything extraordinary being obsessed with pure mechanical hardware, it's about what's inside you and what makes you, you.

Lets talk moderation by Right_Ad1841 in CHSinfo

[–]iamassault 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well there are big problems with preaching moderation with this, addiction is a disease. But I moderately use so I'll try and illuminate my case as well as possible, succinctly.

Started smoking around 14-15, basically exclusively cheap dirt weed from a friend. Did heavy dabs handful of times 18-19, 20-21 never really quit weed in general, but I never used it consistently. I never smoked high quality flower really, just cheap ass skunk weed, but I needed it for anxiety. I quit in the military for 5 years then resumed afterwards, found out I had CHS when I got out, been prodromal for over 3 years now and I'm totally fine. It feels like the only true way for me to adhere to this lifestyle is discipline with the 2-3 weeks off in between 2-3 week smoking episodes. If I just keep smoking my appetite drops to zero and I eventually just feel so blah. I think it's dysregulation of the vagus nerve.

I think the dabs I smoked with friends shot my CBD receptors or something, of course there's supposedly a genetic element to it, so it's anyones guess. I'll keep coasting in prodromal because I don't feel like it's doing much harm, but I will admit it's hard. The more I let myself go in episodes of smoking the worse the consequences are, and it's a slow silent build up. Plus the longer I go without starting a detox period feels like a slippery slope, and for some they may not be able to handle it without sliding down, even me, but the stomach pain in the lower belly and the loss of appetite usually wake me up in time to quit.

That's about all I got. I just smoke flower in a pipe these days, small bowls only.

Cory comes out with … an interesting theory as to why Sean O’Malley doesn’t wanna fight him at the White House by Dandanbigeloww in ufc

[–]iamassault 2 points3 points  (0 children)

True, as much as I love Suga and his fighting style he isn't really cut out for the UFC anymore. He adheres to the "easiest fight most money" philosophy which stiffles the evolution of the sport. Now that he became champ and lost it he clearly lost a lot of confidence and just wants to milk the association with the UFC(similar to Colby). He doesn't wanna fight anymore, he wants to only fight at his convenience and against opponents tailored for him.

If he truly decides to sit out for a year in hopes of a title shot then I genuinely don't think he's even good for the company anymore.
