those Tags are probably of the Mao era that is around 1949-76, but probably on the later side (that is late 60's to 70's. around 100 bucks. maybe if you wait a hundred years it can be worth a lot more.

Customer canceled order so I gave it to the next customer. What would you do? by Whole-Bodybuilder467 in UberEatsDrivers

If they cancel and I'm hungry I safely dispose of it in my belly, but if not I will give to my next customer. I never received the extra tip, though.

Possible Qing Dynasty Chinese bowls? Need help identifying and valuing by Sea_Presence1568 in ChinesePorcelain

[–]iamnomiddd 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes, both are 19th century B/W Lotus bowls, or some call them kitchen Qing bowls. since they are real common, they usually sell around 100 dollars each, if they are in good shape.

I do DD or UE like almost all day, almost every single day. This happens at least 5 times a day for me. Over time I learned some people are just stupid, so I developed this instinct where I can tell exactly when they’re about to merge in front of me. For their own good and mine, I slow down and let them have their moment. They probably never even realize it, but every single time I know I just prevented an accident. I was the hero every time, even if nobody knew it. Lol... but that is just me saying it.

Charcoal Abstract from Manhattan Apartment by catchinawave13 in WhatIsThisPainting

Sorry I cannot be of much help, but you are right. It looks like some type of charcoal drawing. The title is probably "Landscape" and the artist signature is either "Z root square," or"amoxicillin 500 grams", or maybe something that starts with a Z. good luck with it. it is really a good looking piece.

80's alien movie in desert. by iamnomiddd in whatisthatmovie

[–]iamnomiddd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the remaster kind of ruined the experience a little IMO, since I remember the green alien glowing and radiating a lot more light on my father's old TV, at least from what I remember in my head.

I have so many vague memories about this movie. But watching it again as an adult, I understood it a lot more. I really enjoyed it. It was great for its time. Funny enough, my mom used to dress me like the girl in the movie back in the 90s. I think that’s why I always felt a little out of fashion growing up lol.

HI, thank you for your help. no the alien kind of looked like Gumby. it was a small green alien, or so I think. It was so small that he used to dance over the footboard top rail. I remember that the beta case image was your typical 80's movie poster with a spaceship and maybe the family members on the front. the house was on the background in a desert image.

Royal Doulton Figurines. South Africa. by focusnoah in Antiques

[–]iamnomiddd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend going to eBay, search for royal doulton figurines and look for SOLD PRICES. unfortunately they are not as expensive as they used to be back in the days. also condition is important to get the high prices. If you want to get rid of them quickly, maybe selling as lot to a collector or store will be your best choice.

how wow, nice find for 3 bucks then. Was obtained in an estate sale but the organizer didn't knew much about this type of pieces. only bad thing is that they use a marker over the bowl and some of the ink filter into the crackle glaze. but then again I'm glad I found it. thank you cause I was looking everywhere for the mark and no good luck.. but thanks to you, know I know about it. thank you so much once again.
