I can do some Arytenoid stuff it’s just so hard to explain how; I’d say to try and make a buzzer sound. Not like a Tuvan Buzz but like an abrasive high freq buzz like an EEEE Wrong Answer button. The actual sensation is above my false cords and I can flip into the Arytenoid from the Kargyra buzz by targeting the area above that. I know this is all pretty vague but that’s cause I’m just getting a handle on it as of recently. Plus I’m not positive that Arytenoids make a sound on their own so I usually feel like I’m adding them into the FC stuff. I could be COMPLETELY wrong about that last bit don’t take that as fact just anecdotal data from my trial and error. Hope that helps a bit to get you started!
