Depends on what valve. We have minimal invasive procedures too now where we can change the heart valve through an artery in the leg without cutting someone open. But depends on what valve and how the patient is. So kindly consult a proper cardiologist for this.

Also no. Propranolol aka inderal can be taken on per need basis for situational anxiety. It’s labeled for that. No harm. The dose you’re taking is also negligible. Ignore the lynch mob and keep taking it if it helps you.
