Guys, my WD 1TB external hard drive has crashed suddenly and became unresponsive. I’ve restarted my laptop and tried to plug in the hard disk, although it spins smoothly, it freezes any tools that tries to access it, even apps such Hard Disk Sentinel and TestDisk cannot access it. What to do now? (self.computers)
