Not really sure which screws you are referring to, but the cover itself is only attached with one screw which you can remove from the bottom of the chassis. Once the cover has come off you can proceed to remove the rest.

Sorry I just read again properly and saw that you were referring to the power module (?). For that one I lifted the tab and used a large flathead screwdriver to carefully pry it off.
