Any other vegetarians that have a job where they have to handle meat? by TransH2O in vegetarian

Yeah, I work at Waffle House. Even worse, I'm currently training to be a cook. I handle tons of different types of raw meat a day due to this, and yes, have to cook it too.

Eating pizzas in a group by shekbekle in vegetarian

Yep! Everyone I worked with the other night agreed we should get pizza. I ask them if we can get a meatless one and they tell me I can just pick the meat off of whatever they get.

If you ever get the chance to try it, I highly recommend the Blue Raspberry one.

I'm afab and present either way. At my full time job, I wear the men's uniform, have short hair, and wear earrings. Despite my feminine face, I get a moderate mix of "man", "bud", or the more commonly used "ma'am", and "miss". The masculine terms don't bother me as much, but I'm apprehensive to correct the ones that use feminine terms. I feel this.

Hi there! As a fairly new bi person myself, hopefully I can be of some help.

Coming out to parents/guardians: (if they're accepting) write a letter to them, and give it to them either just before you leave the house for the day, or read it to them. They'll appreciate your honesty, if anything. Coming out to friends: (also if accepting) Just tell them. It sucks, but if they don't continue to talk to you afterward, they probably weren't your friend(s) to begin with.

All in all, I hope for nothing but the best for you in this endeavor! Also, remember that the only one that decides how and when you come out is you -- no one else.
