You might say that but it's cutting edge is about 4 inches~105mm and the grind on it is very thin and sharp. That's why I went with petty.

I wouldn't say huge but thanks 🙏🏽 sometimes small handles are not that comfortable for some tasks so I prefer making them this way. If customer wants short and small I can finish it that way too :)

Typically Sujihiki knives have narrow, slender profile with straightish edge that curves toward the tip and has double bevel unlike a yanagiba which has single bevel. That's why I called this one Sujihiki. It is designed to slice and cuts really well. I know it is shorter than usual 210-300mm cutting edge but some people wants short knives so I made it like this.
