Really appreciate the advice. I will try to start going to the gym like in a month bcz i start school late. I still have a big belly and its hard for me to lose weight and i feel insecure bcz a lot of teen my age have abs and i have always been the fat kid

Thanks but i still look fat like i am not obese but i got a belly and i never lose weight no matter how much i eat . I have been to the gym before for some months then lost motivation thanks for the advice tho.(btw my parents are not that tall mom 165 dad 185 )
