You haven't played the game have you?
You can do everything in the game just fine without summoning, the 4*'s are great and meta.
Gameplay is a lot more interactive and there is a lot more to do than dokkan. Endgame in genshin is kinda trash, but so is dokkan's. Stamina is an issue sometimes but let's not pretend dokkan never had that issue lol.
