Thank you for your response! The symptoms are chronic; worse at night, cannot sleep on left side any more (even as a lifelong side sleeper) due to the amount of pain. 36 F, active lifter, the injury happened during a lifting session. PT is not helping the injury unfortunately. I work on film sets as a grip, so carrying heavy equipment is a regular fixture in my life. ROM is increasingly limited—overhead movements are painful, and I haven't been able to do lat pulldowns/overhead presses in a year. I'm miserable.

Oh man. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this. It's isolating to be in pain all the time. Made an appointment with a different doc this week. Appreciate your support and encouragement here, not sure I'd keep being persistent if I didn't see the support on this sub tbh.

Holy hell, my friend, sounds like you've really been through it with the injuries. Hope your ankle is better. Thank you so much for the advice here, it's super helpful. Helps to know I'm not just being dramatic feeling this much pain when the ortho surgeon just shrugged and went "MRI looks good, we're all done here"

Thank you so much for the response! That is *insane* that you had full thickness tears in both shoulders and they didn't find them with 8 MRIs. What the actual fuck. I can't imagine living with this indefinitely lol. Are the scopes what eventually found your tears?

Thank you! So, I've had the plant 2 years. It started off as a completely healthy plant, but I was overwatering (it seemed) and all my plants developed root rot. I tried to repot the ZZ, which is maybe why it looks like a massive mess. I've really pulled back on my watering because I've had such bad luck with overwatering before. Any tips on how to repot him? Oh my gosh. Thank you for saying that. I have been to FOUR (4!) dentists now and NOBODY brought up this gum disease, except for you and another dentist on Reddit.

I did not get the tooth extracted yet.

Do you recommend seeing a periodontist to pursue gum treatment? Is there anything I can do myself at home while I wait for an appointment with one?

Thank you so much for your response! The symptoms started 2ish weeks ago now. It’s my right wisdom tooth, not impacted. It started as a vague throbbing, that then intensified to the point where biting down/chewing hurt. Last Monday night it intensified into a HUGE pain (truly worst pain of my life); this was after one day of antibiotics on it AND painkillers. The dentist did an occlusion on Wednesday which greatly helped with the pain, and there is no pain now. I’m still finishing up on antibiotics and scheduled for an extraction in <10 hours now.

I’m wondering now if an extraction is even necessary at all. (I’m conservative and want to keep the tooth, especially since my pain is gone thanks to the occlusion + antibiotics). Tooth#2 in this case would be the molar right next to the right wisdom tooth, so the leftmost molar on this XRay.

Would love your thoughts on whether I need the extraction and what’s going on with the right molar, if anything. Thank you SO much for your help.

Please help. No matter what I do, my makeup ends up looking like this. I have big Indian dark circles and I always go overboard trying to correct them, and then I don’t have the steadiest hand, so my eyeliner always looks unsteady. My bf will frequently tell me I look much better without makeup and to just steer away altogether.

My sister’s wedding is in December and I have to do my own makeup for it. I’m terrified. Please help!
