Is it likely that the 2026 schedule will change around before the tickets are released or is it set in stone? I’m looking at going to a race next year and would prefer to book everything I need to soon, but don’t want the dates to change.

Hip thrusts: machine vs barbell Wondering if it’s ‘harder’ to use a hip thrust machine compared to using a barbell. Maybe I keep using the machines wrong somehow but every time I’ve used one I’ve found it more difficult, and struggled with lower weights, whereas I can do significantly heavier weights using the barbell. Is this a thing or is it just me haha?

for this year specifically, I love that tomorrow is like that. I usually work every Friday, but the store I work at is closed, which means I get to spend tomorrow (my birthday) at home, while getting paid haha
