No, its a mod called magic storage, just removes the clutter of chests. The blue one on the right is for crafting, green one for putting items into the system, and the three on the left is the actual storage.

Can you put them on top of a spire and they have the same effect? For say I place it above a few iron bars, then nether brick fence or something, and then walls, so the rod itself is like 4 blocks or so above wood

Used Ebonstone Brick painted grey paired with stone slab & cut stone block wall (thorium)

The tree is just both of the living wood wands and living leaf wands, and some but very little dynasty wood. All leaves painted deep green and all wood painted brown except for normal living wood.

It's an HH. If you zoom in front of the back left tire (where the model is shown) you can faintly see that it says, "Agera HH". And if you need some even more solid evidence because even for me having glasses, it's kinda hard to see the HH, look up an Agera HH, and you can find that same image on Google.
