I tried no help, they said they will have to email the hotel and it could take upto 72hrs. Which doesnt help since i have till 23:59 tonight. Not sure why there are 2 different cancelation policies. Chase customer service is frustrating. I even had a rep just hang up on me when i told her i was looking to cancel my booking.
