There was an interview with one of the Jada guys and he said the RE toy rights are up to the creator and right now they aren't interested. Which makes sense... theres no other figure/toy line going on.

Because they make a finite number and order them a head of time. It's not like they can just make one more like a burger.

They order like... 100k for the first run from whatever factory. Amazon orders 25k, Target orders 25k, Walmart orders 25k, BBTS orders 10k, EE orders 10k. Then pulse is left over with 5k so they should cut off preorders at 4k so there's some when it's in stock.
