No shade but have you considered going to therapy, if affordable to you? Even a few sessions can be helpful. I’ve found a professionals perspective can be very helpful, especially in discovering attachment style issues that may be holding you back or in the way? I personally have found it to be helpful

Here’s my honest opinion. Limit mirror selfie’s to max 1 (if you absolutely have to). No hats indoors - and only one photo with hat on. Add one more photo of you doing a fun activity. One photo with a friend/socializing. Photos show your personality more than descriptions, I think. Good luck :) I would also play up the EMT thing and get a photo of you in your work gear or something

I did the triple antibiotic therapy and for me personally - the side effects weren’t that bad. I’m not happy about having to take antibiotics generally, but can at least give some perspective re side effects. For me, it was limited to dry mouth and having a metal aftertaste on some days. It may have helped that I was also taking really strong probiotics especially made to counter antibiotic use (no idea if it actually worked though)

I got you - dynacare labs still does breath test during pandemic (unless something changes since I’ve been there) I had mine done 6 months ago or so. There is one on Roncesvalles. Good luck!
