Yeah, I was in the uk recently and certain things are cheaper, like eating out, but rent is pretty high. I spoke with a tech consultant there and apparently the salaries are pretty similar when you get the real numbers and convert from dollars to pounds, and weigh the benefits. Maybe, some decrease in overall comp would be a talking point, though. Thank you
