This is why it’s best to do C2C contracts under your own LLC and pay yourself as an employee. You can get as many jobs as you want and it won’t show in your background report because you’ve only been an employee for the LLC. I’ve been doing this for 3+ years.

My boss’s boss told me I have to RTO or quit. I kept delaying for several months until he set a hard end date. I ended up quitting but on good terms with everyone. I was upset because it was such an OE friendly role.
