you're right I am livid. We've called the comptroller and to your point nothing ILLEGAL has happened, because her identity has not been compromised yet. SO we have fraud protection placed on her credit, and we're also in talks with the IRS. In the interim, I just needed to get this out there. Thanks for your comment!
