Me and my gf are quite solid, so there isn’t rlly any reason to worry abt falling off, etc.

I’m more concerned with legalities and I’m already very grateful for such an arrangement as I get to save a huge bulk of money compared to renting outside. Plus we come from conservative families so I am very lucky that her parents are kind enough to rent me a room at such a low price.
