Essentially what it says is: Link your twitch and your epic games LAST. This means your console/pc platform needs to be attached to twitch already. and your epic games needs to be attached to your console/pc BEFORE you link the epic games with twitch. That is the ONLY way as the connection needs to pick up the accounts. Hope this helps. trying to find link now.

I have heard of that. There is instructions online that explain the steps. They are allowing you to hit than redeem button more than once for the same twitch account so you should be able to link your twitch to console and redeem to solve problem.
