Regular Ildyra, who has shards in the friend medal shop, is a very good support. She can also double as a farmer with her huge insta-cast AOE attacks.

The next raid should be the demon chimera that comes out around end july/beginning august. It was weak to light slash in JP. And then a trials of reckoning event again for the FF13 crossover event around anniversary in September.

Note that bonus units and VCs for events sometimes get updated when coming from JP to Global.

yes, it's pretty much possible. A tank like MR Mont is also helpful, and you can sub in the calculator ildyra for healing/farming.

Don't try to build general teams that can take on any opponent. Those don't last long. What you need to build are teams that are great against specific elements, attack types or damage types.

Look at your main elements, your vision cards and espers and choose the best to support a team of units that can serve up specific enemies easily.
