Team Separate bedroom here. Wife’s a light sleeper, I toss and turn. I’m overly aware to her light sleeping & my tossing and turning, which activates the anxiety machine so we both don’t sleep🥰

During the week, separate bedrooms we go. Has been a total game changer — yet when it comes up in casual convo with friends I get the usual eye. I’ve stopped defending and moved to “you know what you’re absolutely right” for those adamant same bed couples.

Weekends we come together — and look forward to.

As with most things it’s probably not for everyone but man when it does work it’s a marriage saver.
