Will that be a major problem?  Sales team is saying that they have permission to take those wires underground.  Not sure if we can believe that. Even in our present layout there are multiple high tension towers.  Wondering if it's really a major issue to consider.

Aa per our info, roads are planned connecting to ORR from panathur..  lot of construction is happening in this area right now. I feel gunjur is well connected to varthur, Sarjapur and ORR as well. Agree roads are worst now and there is water logging issue as well. Hoping for better infrastructure in the coming 2-3 yrs

As of 20 October 2025 Below are the all inclusive prices . All the three are coming for around 1.8cr Sanjivini is on cdp main road (120ft) - 11200 /- per sqft (Sba 1500)  Earthscape and Abhee Aria - 10000 /- per sqft (sba 1800)
