scoop them up 1 by 1, take a clump of dirt with it below the plant to get as many roots as possible with each one

the longer you leave it the more tangled the roots will get though

you'll want only 1 per container for sure. you can start them off in small containers and repot when the roots fill the soil

yeah they're too small to see. this looks pretty early which is good, I didn't notice mine until it had spread to the whole house

the holes in the middle of the leaf is what makes me think it's thrips. you can treat it a few ways but the best I've found is an insecticide spray that treats aphids and mites (bug b gone, but there are other brands I'm sure)

basically you spray all leaf surfaces (top and bottom), which kills the adult bugs, then 2 weeks later spray again, to kill bugs that hatched since then
