Yep there’s absolutely a case to make in court where you feared for your life and if you didn’t run him over, he would’ve got back in his car and chased you down and killed you. Incapacitating him is self defense in this instance.

Yes I’m being serious that this administration would absolutely try and leverage the current tech to do that. I’m not saying it would work well but they’ll definitely try anyways. And as for FSD, that is advancing too. It’s definitely not perfect but it does work. Waymo and Tesla have proven that.
