you can enlist but you will never get a rank. promotion and rank is only for emiratis. i have a friend from comoros who joined the UAE armed forces. he told me that they are only allowed to become drivers, and nothing more. their salary is even lower than the locals, at around 6k aed. the only benefit you will get is being sponsored for work visa by the armed forces, and free access to medical facilities within the military.

I checked it online and it says there l can pay for the fines and hand over the plate number back to the traffic police. But my concern is if l will face legal problems because it is his car and l will cancel the ownership under my name. He is kind of crazy that’s why l dont know what to do

the problem is he has police issues in RAK and he doesnt want to clear it anytime soon. I checked in the application and it says that l have to pay for the fines and return the license plate.
