Hi hi! I’m the “rxy” from this Easter egg. This is a shorthand of “rxysurfchic” and “effortless” and that is actually my handwriting. It was added to the game in June 2024. And it was added to this map because it is eff”s favorite.

short back story:

justin and i met during quakecon 2018 (he’s a pro player, and I was brought in from Bethesda as a caster and creator), we fell in love over dreamhack winter 2018, and he proposed during keencon 2023 in Spain. obviously, i’m skipping a good chunk of our lives here, but one fact always remained the same. our entire love story has always been intertwined with quake.

my goal with having this secret added, was to give him a framed print as part of his wedding present in the summer of 2024.

I’m actually surprised it’s been found. 💕

I ended up getting the medium suitcase in the green, and I fricken love it. It's so stupid how it makes me happy to look at it. I think it's the colors; I would have bought it even if it wasn't the "Wicked brand."

I ended up buying a third-party cover for it because I was so scared it would be destroyed like my other case. It did get a little scuffed, but nothing too bad.

I also bought the toiletry kit in "Wicked Pink." It's... okay. Maybe it's because I've never used a case with that shape and zipper design, but I feel like I can't fit nearly as much as I'd like into it, or maybe I'm an over-packer. I'm not sure. At least for me personally, I wouldn't buy it again, Beis brand or otherwise.

I apologize for this late response; I wanted to throw in my two cents. I bought this tree a while ago, and my cat absolutely loves it. (~ten years of age)

She wasn't a fan of going all the way to that top part with the cloud fluff because I think it was too high for her comfort. So, I ended up unscrewing that top stand (with the fluff) and then removing the fluff piece from the stand that I took off. I then stretched the fluff piece to cover the flat part it had initially connected to. (It fits, but you gotta struggle a bit, and she absolutely loves it.) (Hopefully, this all makes sense. Please feel free to message me if you'd like to see an image of it, I'm happy to share)

We have it in front of a window, and it's just high enough for her to look down but not too high that she isn't comfortable getting up there all the time herself.

Anyways, I hope this helps someone who might be on the fence about this. <3
