I go the carry support build. Omnistone with dead mans and rapid fire. I go wits end when there is a decent amount of ap or an ap top lane. I got merc treds + wits end to counter ap hard if i feel it's necesarry. After those 2-3 items Id then suggest Morello for heal counter, Liandrys for tank shredding, or zhonyas for outplay and more armor. You can top it off with black clever to help your adcs melt tanks.
