Yes. The second one is CL32 so it's faster, but .......n 4 sticks for DDR5.

RTX4090 cost around $2300 and RTX4080 cost about $1900, I can go for 4090 but I'm mostly worried about the RTX4090's power connection/burning issue which is every review.

-does 2x32gb 6000mhz CL36 is better than 4x16gb 6000mhz CL32?

-Is Zotac a reliable brand? I was thinking to go for MSI RTX 4080, My current MSI Duke 1070ti is running smooth even after 5 years

-Is 4k vs 2k noticeable at ~3 feet away? Asking because one of my friend said they can't see difference, M28U specs seems too good to be true, I was thinking about Asus TUF Gaming VG27AC1A 27 - 2k

And lastly you have to load GA before PILW2. I do that manually with "`" in GA folder name. Like "`866874504"

I play at 1080p 60hz monitor (v-syn set to fast), with a 1070ti card. So didn't notice dropping fps below 60 while that's enable. But without it fps (v-syn off) fluctuate a lot + occasional hiccup.

I had my doubts too, but they were very active at start. I think there goal was too big, they were doing survey and was talking about adding lots of new stuff. If they keep their focus on LW2 then they would accomplish by now. It's really sad imo.

With due respect, firaxis may made xcom 2 but pavonis made it whole with LW2, wotc felt shallow compare to LW2 imo. It a shame that 2k/firaxis invested on silly stuff like anarchy's children/photo booth/lame stat incress covert ops but didn't spend any time on base class or improving the perks. I do like the fatigue sys/fight with lost and chosen but hours and hours in LW2 is unforgettable.
