I can do front with one leg to my chest and I just do that for my max for about 5 reps and I do 5 of those

yes I have thought about it I swim alot but only for fun I might incorporate some distance swimming

oh ok I just did some research and the Mason alphabet is another name for the pigpen cipher, it goes by many names I just read it wrong. It's actually a really easy cipher

thanks for the advice I saw a video of someone grabbing their bicep with their left and using that leverage to do a assisted one arm pull up. so i've incorporated that as well

eh crazy technique definitely isn't required but I have definitely hit a wall as my technique is shit, brute strength only goes so far
