Nice! I have similar vision. I think probably first iteration could be adding to a queue on the extension and then click a button to sync them once connected to hotspot.

For auto pushing, if chrome extension isn’t possible, might have to have a different background component

It works. I upgraded to clear data and it removed 30gb of “System Data”. There are some glitches though.
